Refining process:petroleum ether as the extraction solution,at 30-40 degrees,extraction 8-10h,initial temperature of alkali refining 40 degrees,alkali concentration 10.45%,the total amount of alkali can be determined according to the value of crude oleic acid(in this test,the amount of alkali is 0.1%of crude oil),stirring speed 60r/min;Degum add water 2%-6%,time 5-6h,vacuum drying vacuum 700-730mmHg,temperature about 110 degrees,time 50min,add activated carbon 0.5%-2%,110 degrees decolorization 10-20min,vacuum 720mmHg,deodorization 3-5h under the condition of 190 degrees.

Walnut kernel because of high oil content,protein and fiber content is relatively low,so the general use of hydraulic oil press,70%of which is cold pressed out,press cake crushing after sub-critical extraction,extraction solvent is generally butane or propane,butane mixed solvent.Then the process operation points of Henan sub-critical walnut oil machinery and equipment are as follows:
(1)miscellaneous:walnut oil machine equipment will be broken out of the walnut shell machine by screening and sorting,remove the broken shell,diaphragm and moldy walnut.
(2)Peeling:After removing impurities,the net walnut is immersed in about 70 degrees,0.6-0.8%sodium hydroxide solution,soaked for 15-20 minutes,and then repeatedly washed with water for 7 times until the lotion is neutral.
(3)stir-fry:peeled walnuts air in addition to water,add in the rotary wok stir-fry material,at the beginning of the stir-fry temperature of about 100 degrees,when reached 80%maturity.Do a good job in time to check the degree of maturation of the walnut,the temperature of the pot reached about 30 degrees.Generally speaking,stir-fry materials for about 30 minutes,fried walnut water below 5%.The stir-fry denaturates and agglutinates the proteins in the walnuts,and the tiny oil droplets scattered throughout the cells gather when heated.Therefore,the quality of the material can directly affect the oil yield.
(4)grinding:the fried crisp walnut will be added to the electric stone grinding into pulp shape,in order to fully destroy the cell tissue.Walnuts become pulp after grinding,grinding as fine as possible.The fineness requirement is achieved when the paste is applied to thin paper and does not show a black spot against the sun.
(5)Mix the pulp and stir the oil:add boiling water to the sauce,and then stir the oil to replace it from the sauce.The amount of boiling water added to the pulp is about 80%of the material sauce,and the stirring speed is 30 RPM while adding water.After continuous stirring for 40-50 minutes,most of the oil rises to the surface and has a liquid bottom.At this time,the surface of the oil can be"skimmed"out,skimming to maintain 7-9 mm surface oil layer,in order to facilitate the sauce oil droplets floating agglutination.
(6)shock oil:after the slurry skimming,there are still some oil contained in the sauce.Change the stirrer on the slurry stirring machine into a oil gourd that can vibrate up and down,and impact it up and down in the sauce.The speed is about 10 RPM,and the shock lasts about 40-50 minutes.Skim from the sauce.
(7)Standing precipitation:walnut oil extracted by walnut oil equipment standing precipitation 10-12 hours,separated from the insoluble impurities,walnut oil obtained by packing and sealing,that is,the finished product.Skim walnut powder can be prepared from the residue pulp after extracting walnut oil by spray drying.Used as an infusion,beverage and food additive.
